ジョセファット・ガジマ師について
タンザニア、ムワンザ市生まれ。４歳の時に事故により脊椎損傷し、
10歳で全身麻痺に。寝たきりで６年間過ごし、医者に死を宣告されるも、
夢でイエス・キリストに出会い、全身麻痺から奇跡的に癒やされて
クリスチャンになる。2001年より4つ目の開拓教会として、
単立 Glory of Christ Tanzania Church をダルエスサラームに開始する。
現在教会メンバーは２万６千名、牧師達は100人に至る。
子教会はタンザニア国内に15教会、国外に8教会。
「よみがえりの力によって、世界に到達する」をモットーに、
（徹底した弟子訓練と霊的闘いを通して、）教会は今も急成長中。
癒やしや奇跡が顕著で、死からよみがってきた人達は200名を超える。

Elias was a man subject to like passions as we are, and he prayed earnestly that it might not rain: and it rained not on the earth by the space of three years and six months.

The word like-passion means similar or of equal rank, feelings or affections, meaning that the word-Passion, here is used to refer to Elijah's nature as a human being. Meaning that he did what he did stopping the rain from falling for 3 and a half years, not because he was a prophet, or a super human, but because he, as a human being has learnt to embrace the necessary discipline needed to overcome those human feelings, affections, and emotions that stops most of us from praying to get result.

We therefore want to encourage you to come and put this discipline into practice by joining us to pray for the nations of the world, on the 16th, of September, 2013.

Elijah knew how to pray and get result even for national issues, not only prayer for his own personal life.

FALLING IN LOVE

When we talk about falling in love, the first thing that comes to my mind is, being trapped by hormones. And just like it has been said that "The intense feelings of being passionately in love might have a basis in surging levels of the brain chemicals norepinephrine, dopamine, and especially phenylethylamine (PEA)", I think that this mostly have to do with romantic love.

In Fisher's study, she found that romantic love is more of a drive, rather than emotion. It is said to be an instinct as powerful as hunger. Romantic love is also thought to be an addiction because in her experiment, Fisher discovered that there was activity in a brain region associated with the eating of chocolate.
The question will then be if romantic love is a drive, then we might not have control over it.
She however explained that romantic love is better treated as an addiction. When you need to get someone away from your mind, first you need to throw out all the cards and letters, stop calling, and do not write. Do everything to avoid places where you might run into him or her.

She also found out that people who are newly in love uses specific parts of their brain, and as the relationship prolongs other parts of the brain is involved, as could be found in cases of people who have been together in a relationship for a longer time, suggesting that with time other parts of the brains are involved, and one begins to reason more, and
things that were overlooked in the beginning of the relationship begins to get noticed which might eventually affect the intensity of the romantic love.

Apart from proximity, similarity, reciprocity, and physical attractiveness, she explained another factor responsible for choosing one partner over the other, this she called the love map and explained that it is even more important than the first factors like proximity, similarity etc.

She explained that our experiences in life sculpt our romantic choices. Our mother's sense of humor; our father's interest in politics, and music. How those around us view honor, justice, loyalty and politeness. All these including other thousands of subtle forces build our individual interest, values and beliefs. All these unconscious catalogue of aptitudes develop into a love map and forms the core of what we are looking for in a mate. When we meet people that fit into this love map, the brain chemistry is triggered and we fall in love. This explanation looks reasonable in that it accounts for reason we cannot say all marriages are based on lust or just sexual desire set in motion by hormones.

Now my non-fiction story:
Ammon was a young teenager who had an extremely beautiful half sister (they had the same father but different mother) called Tamar.

As days went by, Ammon found himself uncontrollably attracted to Tamar. The more he saw her the more he felt for her. Finding it difficult to do anything to and with her, he started losing weight. This became very embarrassing, because their father was a very rich man, and people started wondering what was wrong with Ammon.

Ammon however had a cousin by the name Jonadab who asked him what was wrong with him. He told him that he was in love with his sister Tamar but that he was finding it difficult to do anything with her. Jonadab being cunning and filled with guile told him to feign some sickness and then ask for their father to send Tamar to his place to help make some meal. His father agreed, and Tamar was in his house to make him some meal. After the preparation he asked Tamar to bring the food into his room. She did not know what Ammon was planning. Amnon locked the door to the room and asked for sex, however, Tamar knowing that they were related refused, but Ammon overpowered Tamar and had sex with her.

After this experience while Tamar stayed in Ammon's room dejected and crying, Ammon developed instant hatred for Tamar, asked Tamar to leave the room and the house, but she being too embarrassed to leave and could not even believe that Ammon could try to force her out of the house was forced out and the door bolted after her.

In this non-fiction story, it is evident that Ammon was close (proximity) to Tamar, and he was very attracted to her. However, there was no reciprocity, even if they had some similarities. I would say that Ammon was not in love but had a sexual desire for Tamar. This often happen too, since desire for mating may precede romantic love or falling in love. Romantic love is triggered by dopamine, which in turn triggers testosterone the hormone for sexual desire. However, the sex drive does not always trigger romantic love. However, according to Fisher "But you can begin to copulate with "just a friend" and then fall madly in love with him or her -— probably because elevated levels of testosterone (associated with the sex drive) can elevate levels of dopamine and norepinephrine.

Maybe, I will rather prefer unconditional love because it does not fall, but stands, It is said to endure long, and is patient and kind, it is never envious or boils over with jealousy, it is not boastful, or vainglorious (bragging). It is not arrogant and inflated with pride; it is not rude (unmannerly). This love does not insist on its own rights or its own way, for it is not self-seeking, it is not touchy or fretful or resentful. It takes no account of the evil done to it – pays no attention to a suffered wrong. It does not rejoice at injustice and unrighteousness, but rejoices when right and truth prevails. It bears up under anything, and everything that comes. It is ever ready to believe the best of every person, its hopes are fadeless under all circumstances and it endures everything without weakening. Love never fails, that is, fades out or becomes obsolete or comes to an end.

The true seat of this kind of love is the human spirit. That is where it finds it greatest expression. It is not primarily controlled by hormones, but by the human spirit, and so it power to bring stability in life and relationships. It is truly therapeutic in nature.
